COLFAX, North Carolina --- July 15, 2013 --- Jonathan Annas (Co-Owner) of Green Resource and Barrett Ersek (Founder & CEO) of Holganix entered into an agreement whereas Green Resource would be designated as an authorized distributor for Holganix throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.
